5 Month WLS Anniversary
You all are doing wonderfully! I am down a total of 83 lbs from my higest (65 since surgery). I am wearing a size 16 and they are a tad loose. I'm itching to buy 14s but I will wait.
The only thing I am lacking is a committment to exercise. i bought myself a Wii for christmas and am waiting until them to open it.
Foodwise I do okay. I don't dump on anything, but too much fat gives me the runs. I don't always make the right choices but I do make the good ones more often than not.

CONGRATULATIONS! I can relate to you on so many levels. I'm a very happy camper! I've reached a point in my journey where if the weight happened to stop... I would be comfortable and happy in my skin. This is a terrific feeling actually. I love my RNY and are soo thrilled to have you and the rest of the July bunch for support.
It's been a great 5 months....
