I can sit and bend over and tie my shoes.  Have been doing it for a while and then it hit me...look at you go girl!

I choose to walk instead of taking the moving sidewalk.

Biked a miles in about 8 minutes at therapy and could actually walk away from the bike!

Am loving exercise!  It makes me feel good.

I think my hair is growing back.

I am in control of food - it does not control me.

I cross my legs all the time now.  Both sides.

I'm wearing a size 16 and I lost another pound this week.

I never think twice about walking anywhere now.

Today I went to the movies and didn't have to take up the arm rests.  I just kept my arms to my sides.

Sometimes my butt hurts if I sit on a hard chair.  LOL

I can fastened the seat belt in the car and not feel like it is choking me.

I can walk without getting tired for a limited time.

I can get a pedicare and feel comfortable with the seat.
