Is it the weather or am I losing steam?

Hi, I'm Melissa and I am here because I need some help.  The WLS high is gone and I have stalled out for SEVERAL weeks.  Is it because the honeymoon is over?  Is it the weather?  Is it my willpower?  I just can't figure it out.
I am so depressed.  I am starting back on my antidepressants, but honestly I have never felt THIS depressed before.  I also am wondering if the weight loss has effected my hormones and that is why I am having problems.
I am having regular periods for the first time in my life, along with MAJOR PMS.  Everything just seems to be overwhelming to me and I just can't figure it out.
I am back to logging my foods the last couple of days and realized that it is harder than ever to try to stick to the diet as I once had just a couple of weeks ago.

Have you been through this?  How did you rebound?

I had a stall that lasted weeks and just a week ago it ended.  They do, eventually.  I have had mood swings that came from nowhere and left just as quickly.  As you burn that belly fat the hormones that are stored in there get back into your system.  Hence, the moods.

Right now I am starting to attack my grazing habit.  But balancing that out, I've begun to exercise too.

It's all a process, journey, whatever you want to call it.  I am happy that each day/hour is a new decision time for me and I no longer feel the need to beat myself up over past mistakes.  I'm going to seize this opportunity.  I've made this huge investment in myself and I want to make the most of it.

Hang in there, girl.  This too shall pass, just like everything does in life.  Don't give up on yourself!  You have come to the right place for support.  Keep coming back.  We are all here for each other.

GIRLIE GIRLIE I FEEL YOU..

If you look at the JULY board everyone has bee through this... including me.. I read an article that I need to post.. regarding any weight loss surgery.. after the honeymoon phase, it wouldn't matter if you had the sleeve, lap band, RNY, or DS you body will adapt to the surgery, kinda realigns as a way of getting use to the new anatomy that was made.. meaning the reason the doctor encourages use to  walk, exercise because this transition can come around between 4 to 6 months.. but it doesn't mean we wont lose any more weight it just slows down like a turtle because the body catches on to what has occur ed.. Then we have to take in account that the first stall occur ed for most of us looking at July board 4 to 6 weeks post-op lasting from 2 to 4 wks.. (THAT' RIGHT INTO 3MOS. OUT).. for me it occurs one week prior to that time of month and lasts for about 2 to 3 wks... but during that time frame I drop clothes sizes!!.. so the body is still actually working at a stand still.. measure your self you will be surprise!!   I  went to my main DOC last Tuesday because I thought I was crazy, feeling depress, really sad.. he told me to take some  ST. John Wort vitamins he side because of my drastic weight loss you get the hormones out of wacky, making our emotions all crazy!! Also check with your DOC some ant-depressants have a tendency to cause water weight effect.. BELIEVE ME YOU ARE NOT ALONE GIRLIE.. I believe everybody can vouch for that!! But looking at your ticker you are doing AWESOME!!
The link from the article on CNN is at the top!!

I'm in my longest stall yet and feeling the same way!  Just keep doing the right things.   It's frustrating but will pass, eventually!

I have stalled out several time already but the thing is the numbers on the scale aren't moving but i notice my pants still get a touch looser so remember just cause the numbers are not going down doesn't mean the inches aren't i know someone who has stalled out for 6 weeks  but she lost 6 inches so i think we all get that way i know i get frustrated eaisly. It comes and goes for me.
