I was totally wrong about CARBS!!

I was concern about the volume of carbs to eat during the day.. especially vs exercising, and not exercising.. I found a link on the OH web page that totally gave me a clear view we need a certain about of carbs to burn if we are exercising , or body in movement.. check out the link .. i was not totally clear on the subject, and even my nutritionist was telling to get rid of almost all carbs.. but your body needs a certain level for glycogen level .. unlike a person who is on a 2000 calorie intake.. a 60 to 90 work out without carbs wouldn't effect them.. but if us who barely can eat in 900 to 1200 calories.. our body cannot sustain a 60 to 90 min workout without a some form of carbs that will fuel our body meaning being lightheaded, nausea, after workout is from the LACK OF CARB INTAKE.. good to know but I still won't go overboard just good carbs like an apple, oatmeal, or even a protein bar before a work out!!
