Hey everyone before I sign off for the weekend.. I thought i would forward this hot protein drink..
For some locations it's either cold or it's getting there.. so I'm sending you a recipe that I used off of www.bariactriceating.com.. this drink is warm and luscious I drink this on my way to work I have grown quite attach to this protein shake.. LOL.. you can use with most protein drinks.. ENJOY!!

1 1/2 cups chocolate protein shake (made with powder and water)
2 tablespoons sugar free Artista Amaretto syrup - or to taste
2 tablespoons Monin SF Dark chocolate Syrup or 2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon instant coffee crystals, optional
Dash of cinnamon

Pulse in a blender or food processor until smooth.
Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Wonderful hot!

yum......and no milk included.....So had you purchased the Artista Amaretto Syrup or are you using something different?

I started WL journey on Jan 14, 2009 starting weight @ 342

Surgery date was July 22, 2009 and started @ 310 and and my goal weight
is 150.00.

you can also buy it Luanne in some Walmart or i don't know if PA has a Trader Joe's... but on the bariactriceating website it's real cheap!!
