how much have you lost?

16 pre op...and 53 post op....Total of 69 lbs!!! :-) My surgery date was July 13th!!

Wow... everyone is doing great!!  I've lost 35lbs since July 23rd surgery ---- so 64lbs total since June 22nd pre-op diet phase.

I've lost 55 lbs since surgery.  Not too shabby! You guys are all doing great! And I agree, the bigger you are the faster you lose.  I was 297 day of surgery and now I am at where some of you started.  Although it's fun to see where everyone is we need to be careful comparing weight loss because everyone is very different.  Great job guys!

July 14th was my surgery date and I am down -57!

I guess I'm doing about the same as most of you in general.  My surgery date was July 22nd and I'm down 41 lbs since then.  I just need to "walk it out" too  ;-)   I luv that song!!  

Yeah my daughter I put it on my I-POD.. I listen to it  when I go walking & in my gym.. FOCUS MUSIC... LOL

Down 54 lbs since surgery.  Lost about 25 pre-op.

Still got a longggggggg way to go.

yay all of you who lost preop! i quit smoking so i gained 8lbs pre op bringing my surgery weight to 268. im now at 223. so a 45lb total...

I lost 50 lbs at my last weigh in which was last week sometime.

I have lost 70 lbs since my surgery on July 15th!!
