2 week appt tomorrow
Well I'm off to another two week appointment. I've been averaging 5 pound every two weeks. I hope tomorrow will yeild the same results...don't think it will because I've been able to eat more. Hopefully i will get a fill and it will help me to redouble my efforts. I feel great! Did water aroebic tonight. I need to get in a walk tomorrow but don't think I will unless I do it at work!! Wish me well and I will report tomorrow!!
