Awesome news!
I have exactly 3lbs I will have totally lost 80lbs since start- up of weight loss journey 12-08!!! YEAHHHH!!.... I have been doing the STAN-KY LEG DANCE (I think that what my daughter calls it!! LOL) ..DANCE ALL MORNING... OOOH YEAH... I guess my calorie management, vitamin, water intake, and Exercising is effectively working!!! But you know what without GOD, My Family, MY Friends, and MY OH CHIC-A's HElP I WOULD NOT HAVE accomplish... THIS ONES FOR ALL OF US...

wonderful!!!! WTG!!!!! I think I'll do the "Stanky leg" with you, but real quick and covert-like so my students don't think I am crazy.

BTW how much loss is pre-op and how much is post??? If you don't mind me getting all up in your Tea. Just curious, awesome total loss!

I lost 20lbs prior to sugery 57 lbs post, but to me I count all together because it's still weight loss achevied. LOL like your stanky leg dance!!
