Back to Work!

I really don't know how to feel about this LOL! I came back to work today and so far so good.  I have my baggie of Kashi cereal sitting here and my mug of water.  I haven't had real food yet today and I'm thinking I need to eat.  Lunch is in 20 minutes, so I'll find something then.  I'm having such a time eating.  I find that the things that agree with me most are things that I shouldn't be eating, like carbs! I'm just hoping that being at work and getting back into a routine will get me to a point that I start losing without the obsessing!

I was told that the more carbs you consume the more you CRAVE them........Stick to complex carbs, low sugar hight fiber......if you like bread try these     www.sandwichthins.com/   They have some great recipes on the site too that you could easily make into a lighter version......You'll figure it out!  I found that planning my meals and bringing everything with me helps me to stick to my guns better!

Congrats on going back to work. I went back this week too and I just mostly got stares!! I am addicted to carbs too but I learn to eat so little of them now. I try to stay away for the most part. Especially during this honey moon stage. I want to lose te max weight I can in the first 6 months.

I also am a carboholic.  I find it very easy to pass the pasta isle in the supermarket these days but I am aware that this is probably because I haven't eaten any in so long and I am still not very hungry in my stomach. 

I am very nervous about when my true hunger comes back and hoping I can stay away from carbs all together.
