Can we take anything for joint or musce pain?

Hey, everyone!  I hurt my knee last week walking on the treadmill...ridiculous!  I have no idea what I've done, but its sidelined my cardio workouts.  I don't need to see a doctor, it just feels like I've irritated something and its inflamed.  Before surgery I would have taken an Advil and called it good, but not now.  Any ideas? 

Rapid Release Tylenol works for me now.  Any Tylenol product is okay.

I agree.  Tylenol is the only one my dr allows.

The rapid release Tylenol worked well for me when I had a pulled muscle.
