So I'm thinking I'm not absorbing the calcium pill I am taking...

cuz I just noticed an entire pill in my POOP! I need to breakdown and buy the bariatric ones! Dang it! I am just so cheap and lazy to reorder every month! Oh well, I like my strong bones and teeth so I'll have to do what I have to do.  Anyone else had this gross problem?

I have the BA Vitamins so the only one I swallow whole is the Vit D.  I ordered a 3 month supply cuz I'm lazy too! 

I heard calcium absorbs better when taken with D.  The BA lozenges contain D but they are hard to chew.  You have to just breaks them down slowly. 

My doc told me the bariatric vits are usually rapid release so they break down faster. 

I totally remebered this guy at our support group who sells powdered calcium citrate for $10!!! It's a three month supply! So my need to be cheap is solved!

The BA lemon chews are worth it!  I order three months supply at a time.  They also sell them at Dr. Davis' office.  I can't do the chalky wafers.  Yuck!

Nice $10 for it i paid $30 from BA for the calcium crystals but i love them they are unflavored and i just mix it into my crystal light easy peasy.
