I ate close to 1000 calories and . . .
I need to get on track and start planning out my days better. The weekends are so unstructured for me that I don't get up and eat until 11am usually..sometimes even later!
I get so lost when something happens to disrupt my routine..I had 4 nights in a row last week where I was out really late and realized I hadn't had anything to eat or drink since noon!
I ended up dropping 10 lbs in a week after I made a conscious effort to add more calories to my diet, though. I just couldn't keep up with it this week.
On another note, I went out to eat last night at Mimi's Cafe. They have a lot of WLS friendly options! I was really impressed.
