ACK!!! I forgot my shake!!!

It was sitting right next to my purse and I did not pick it up.  That is what I get for trying to be organized. 

Thankfully I have some lunchmeat and cheese in my little fridge at work or I might be heading to the workroom where they have donuts and other goodies on Friday. 

LOL I'm just kidding!  I've already been to the workroom to pick up my mail and I just walked in and walked out and didn't pay any attention to those pesky donuts.

I keep an emergency stash of protein shakes, bars, water bottles and nuts in my car as some mornings I forget to eat then all of a sudden I'm feeling light headed because I don't have any calories in my system.

I keep both RTD and protein powder at work.  And this pre packaged FF tuna salad.  Not the best in the world and not perfect on nutritional ingredients, but handy and convenient.
