Great job on your weight loss! Looking at the entire picture really makes a difference. I have lost 61lbs since last year and of course I still do not see it. It amazes me how others notice before you can see it.

I'm still in that 'semi honest' category about my surgery.  I still somehow have a little fear I'll be the only one not to be really successful.  Even with evidence to the contrary.  There is still such a stigma about WLS out there.  I work in an office with many full size people.  I have another lady in my office that has just started the process.  Part of my secretiveness too is years ago we had a lady that had surgery and she had a breakdown that was kind of public.

My husband is telling everyone he know...so I guess it is out there!
