Butter or butter substitute
If I don't do real butter I will do the Smart Balance 50/50. I try to stay away from trans fats. Real butter in small amounts won't hurt you.
If I'm wanting something on veggies and other seasonings won't do, sometimes I will use Molly McButter. I used to love it on potatoes as well. It's only 5cal for 1tsp, no fat and 1g carbs.
