What r u eating TODAY? (Friday)
Hi everyone-
Today, I am eating:
B: 1/4 c unsweetened applesauce
S: 1/4 c cream of wheat with vanilla protein powder
L: 1/2 hardboiled egg and 1/2 tsp mayo pureed (yummmmmmmmmm)
S: protein shake w/ SF Raspberry syrup
L2: pureed broccoli w/ 2 cubes Light Laughing Cow soft cheese melted in
S: protein shake
D: the other 1/2 egg salad from lunch
And of course, SF popsicles and crystal light fruit punch.

I've been dealing with a cold and don't feel like eating. It's dark and thunderstorming today so I've been hibernating with a good book. I will update the rest later when I figure out what sounds good.

haven't had dinner yet, but I think I'll have 1/2 egg sald (thanks for the idea, it sounds great!)

B: protein shake made with 1 scoop Body Fortress strawberry, 4oz H20, 4oz Calorie Countdown milk, 4oz Dannon Carb Control Vanilla and 2 frozen strawberries and 2tsp Benefiber (35g)
S: 7 cubes of 2% Colby cheese (8g)
L: 7 cubes of 2% Colby cheese (8g)
S: Atkins Strawberry Shake (15g)
D: 1/4c 99% FF Hormel Turkey Chili w/1 tbls Fage (7g)
I'm at 73g total today..yay!
I really wish I was allowed to use the protein bullets. They're such little liquid for so much protein, but my nutritionist said it's not the right kind of protein that our bodies need and we won't absorb any of it. Boo :(

Mine said they were fine. I figure I'll use them and if my labs come back saying my protiens aren't where they should be, then I'll change. But for know, they really help and are much cheaper then Isopure. I cannot do more then the RTD shakes because I think I might have a sensitivity to milk. Not dairy but to milk. Fun...
B: protein hot choc in decaf coffee (15 grams)
L a few bites of homeade tapioca pudding made with 1% Milk and an extra egg for more proetein
D: 1/2 egg and refried bean with salsa and cheese mixture (basically the inside of a breakfast burrito), but only ate about 1/4 cup.
Snacks: 2 protein shakes total of 30 grams of protein
I got about 70 ounces of water in.
