What are you eating today?
Hi everyone,
I know they do this thread on the regular RNY board, but I figured it would be cool to see what others so close to my own surgery date are eating.
Today, I am eating:
B: 1/2 c Cream of Wheat
S: 4 oz. Carb Control Strawberry yogurt
L: Protein Shake
S: Hummus
L2: Refried Beans pureed
D: Ricotta cheese and marinara sauce (Ragu NSA) mixed
DES: Protein shake
LNS: Sugar Free pudding with protein powder
What about you? What have you eaten?

I count protein, fluid ounces, and my blessings everyday.
B: Protein Shake (EAS Myloplex lite)
S: 1 oz tillamook cheese
L: 1 tbsp cottage cheese (the yummy 4% milk fat one...it's only a tbsp!) with 1 tbsp of Probiotic strawberry yogurt
S: Protein shot with cherry crystal lite and water.
D:Not sure about dinner yet. Maybe refried beans? Or egg beaters with salsa? Hummmm... Pickin's are slim...but so will I!
I think I might be ready to move on to 3 tbsp of food but ii seems like when I try I cannot fini****

I'm having problems eating enough in a day!
B: Champion Whey Banana Scream protein powder with 5oz H2O & Dannon Light & Fit Carb Control Vanilla Creme Yogurt
S: Laughing Cow Light Garlic & Herb Cheese Wedge
L: 1 can Progresso Light Southwestern Vegetable Soup (only drank the broth)
D: 3 tbls hot dog chili sauce & 7 cubes of 2% colby cheese
I'm at 443 cals (probably less since I didn't eat the veggies in the soup) and 43g protein.
I need to figure out something else to eat before bed to get my protein in but gads I don't feel like eating anymore plus I need to get my water in!

B = BA protein shake (27g)
L = 1/4 c chicken salad and one melba toast (10 g)
S= BA protein shake (27 g)
D = refried beans with cheese and sour cream (3 g)
S = slice of low fat swiss cheese and melba toast (6 g)
I think I figured it to be just about 600 cal
and of course a popcycle!
70 oz of liquid!
L = 1/4 c chicken salad and one melba toast (10 g)
