I'm walking around my yard/house.  I know that's not enough.  I can start using my exercise bike after week 2, so that will help.

I haven't been walking every day.  But this week I did walk along with my DH while he played 9 hole golf (takes about 2 hrs) twice, went to the gym once and walked on the treadmill for 45 min & stationary bike for 15 min, and went on a walk on a railtrail for an hour.  I started out walking really slow because my stomach hurt to jiggle around.  But now I'm almost up to my normal walking pace.  The hardest part is sipping while walking.  I can't.  I have to stop or I endup either taking too big of a sip or spill it.  Maybe I need a sippy cup.

The more you do it the easier it gets! But listen to your body. If you're tired, sleep.  It's only been a week or so.  It's all good!

I went to the store a few times in the first 2 weeks and spent a good hour each time walking around and reading labels on everything looking for some new stuff to try.

I started using EA Active for the Wii again a few days ago and it had me walking and jogging.

I go downstairs and check the mail every daily and take a walk around my complex while I'm out there.

My energy level has been pretty amazing despite eating so little.  I almost feel like I have more energy than I did pre-op.  I guess I'm not eating all the heavy foods that used to weigh me down and make me crash out!
