I'm home!!! - JULY 23rd

Hi yall...

Surgery was a breeze!  52 minutes in OR and 36 hours in the hospital and I'm finally home!  I even stopped by WalMart on the way home...

July 6th - Begining proccess  - 299lbs
July 23rd - Day of Sugery - 270lbs

Today - Discharged from hospital - 267lbs!!!!!!!!!!!

Hoorah!!!

Happy to be home and finally a LOSER!

Thanks Ronnie... I'm giving it my all.  There will be a success story with out exception.  I'm determined to see this through.  You'll be here sooner than you think girl!  Keep your eye on the prize and if you do mess up.... admit it and move on.  Best for your success!

Thanks Sabrenia... horray.... it's your turn next week!  All will be well.  I was scared out of my mind and there really was nothing to be scared of.  Do what they tell you to do and you will be just fine!  I'm saving you room girl on the bench... see ya next week!

Welcome home Brandi!

How did you manage to not gain fluid weight in the hospital?  I came home up 10lbs from when I went in.  At 10 days out I was finally down below my day of surgery weight.  LUCKY YOU!!

Hi Nancy....

I don't know if I gained weight but I do know I was up walking around about an hour and 45 minutes out of surgery.  I was a walking fool - let me tell you.  I peed like a race horse so perhaps that was the key.  Getting rid of the fluids while in the hospital.   Yes....I'm finding the ques of what is to much or too fast.  I don't quite yet have the sip thing down yet... I got the pain in my shoulder last night after drinking either too much or too fast and ending up in bed early.   I went for a early morning walk this morning and I'm feeling good about myself.
