Can someone help me create/find one of those weight loss countdown tickers lots of you have on your signatures on posts? They look great and I'd love one to mark my progress!

48 hours to go! Thinking about my 7/27 friends!

Mine is from this website, go to MY OH, click on Health Tracker, just above the chart on the right you will see "ticker" click on that and you can create your own.
