POST - OPERS - How much weight have you loss so far?

I'm 17 pounds down from my pre-op appointment weight.

I will be having my surgey next week 7/28. I was having surgey on 8/17 but changed it. I am very excited and can not wait for a whole new beginning.

Welcome and CONGRATS on your surgery!! You are 1 day ahead of me so make sure to save me a seat on the LOSERS bench.

 3 weeks and 4 days out and have lost 34 lbs!!  :O)  Can't wait to see the scale go down more!

OK, OK, OK EVERYONE...EMOTIONAL TIME FOR ME!!!! This has motivated and energized me so much that I got a little teary. EVERYONE results are sooo good and I can not wait to start posting my weight loss. THANKS to everyone for posting and YES this has done me GOOD. GOD BLESS everyone!!!!

I am 3 weeks 4 days out and have lost 24 lbs since the day before the surgery. Guess I'm destined for losing weight at a much slower rate then some of you.
