I think it would be a good idea to share your weight loss successes. This MOTIVATES everyone and also gives us that are having surgery next week something to look forward to.

I have lost 50 lbs in seven weeks. That's even with a stall. I hopes this gives you courage! The surgery is oh so worth it. You will be in my prayers on surgery day.

If you LOVED me when I was fat, you are going to be OBSESSED when I am thin!

50lbs in 7weeks! WOW

This is week 2 for me and I lost 22lbs. If you dont count the water weight, it was 12lb

, but Im going to count it because I needed to loose that too.

I had surgery on 7/14. I've lost 14 lbs in 10 days. yay! I also feel great!
