IRON IRON IRON???

I have been looking for Iron i cannot do the BA strawberry one blech to sweet for my taste and my vit dosen't have enough in it. So i don't want my iron to get so low i get sick especially since i still have aunt flo going for me and she is due to visit soon.   So i am looking for anysuggestions you have.  I may visit my local health market Sun Harvest and see if they have any but looking for suggestions anyway.
