I had surgery yesterday!

Surgery was a breeze. I'm still in the hospital but doing really well. Sip, sip, sipping . . . and walking the halls. Hopefully, I'm going home this afternoon.

OMG, Sharon you are up walking already. I knew Dr. Garth Davis will take care of you. So you are only going to be in the hospital for 1 day....WOW, I would have never guessed. Take care and you get some rest. Save me a seat on the losers bench!!!

I just got home and crawled into bed. I feel reallly good except for the gas pains. I started clear liquids today after I passed my leak test. Tommorrow it's back on liquid diet and protein shakes for one week. Overall, it was an easy experience and everyone at the hospital took great care of me.

I'm so glad it went well! Keep walking even when it hurts. It really helps get that gas out. I still have gas when I walk alot. Like today at Walmart. Burpin and fartin the whole way home! LOL!
