Having my Revison from lap band to RNY tomorrow! WHEW what to Really expect???????

Hi All, I am not a newbie, I had LapBand Nov 2006 and have only successfully lost 35lbs. I have had alot of slippage and food getting stuck to the point where I wasn't able to  get my proper fills. Needless to say after much thought and conversation my surgeon and I decided this was the best option for me. Although I'm excited I already feel this fear of gaining back weight I haven't even lost. So I decided that I'm going to start going to counseling just to work through all the emotions you deal with in a transition like this. I'm so excited for the chance to finally get to lose this weight with some help! Just nervous about the dumping I keep hearing about.........but I'm going to take it slow and day by day! Sometimes I just wish this battle of weight would go AWAY! LOL  We'll I'll see you all on the other side!
