I have lost 4 of it during the liquid diet. The rest........Back in February I started changing how I eat. I stopped getting coffee coolattas and bagels at DUnkin Donuts 3 times a week. Stopped going Mcd's or Wendys once a week. Stopped having sugar in my coffee or tea and switched to splenda
My daily routine went from all that to
Coffee with splenda and milk, light and fit yogurt for a snack, special k20 protein water, a normal lunch (sandwich or salad) another protein water in the afternoon and a normal supper.
Add into that stress of getting separated and moving out and there went almost 30 lbs
