hi i have a date for july 1 2008 i started the diet, and it seems everything on tv or radio mentions food but by the grace of god and my family support and wanting to drop this weight i remind my self why im doing this and how good of outcome i will have .

Thank you so much for your encouragement. I am having surgery on July 9th and while I am so excited and can't believe it is happening, I am scared. Scared of the unknown. It is really encouraging to hear the good things, along with good advice. I am 5'4 and 235, my hips and bottom of my feet are killing me from carrying around all this extra weight. Thanks for being here for us.
