Hi Cathy, Congratulations! I wish you a speedy, as pain free as possible recovery. I supplement my protein drinks with different flavors of DaVinci sugar free syrup. Hello You and I have something in common. We both have the same surgery date July 9th. I am scheduled at UCLA with Dr. Eric Dutson. I have been on a liquid diet since June 29th. It's so hard. I know just what you are talking about. I am older than you, and luckily have no real health problems other than, like you, knees and ankles,hips and whatever else could hurt! I am having my surgery done July 1st in Mexico. If you don't have insurance that will pay, this is a great alternative. I have the blessings of the my MD and endocronalagist. My MD has had two family members go to the same surgeon in Mexico that I am using and also 7 or 8 other patients. Will let you know how it goes. Good luck on your journey to a healthy life! Dee
