I'm adding you to the top of prayer list based on pure honesty! This is what I dread more than anything. If I had enough will power would I actually need this surgery? Hang in there, though. The end is in site! All the best to you!

I have no will power. I can't even stay on this diet for a week without cheating. I hope it gets better after surgery. I'm just so hungry!

Congratulations! I'm scheduled for July 9. I alternate between excited to nervous.
I look at pre-op as a prelude to post surgery eating. Practice make perfect?

The only thing I'm craving is fillet mignon. How weird is that. 3 days now. The only place in town that serves it charges $50 so either I'm going to pass or make it myself.

My surgery is scheduled for july 17th. I started the pre op diet today. I am a carb addict, so this is a challenge but one I am most certainly up for.
I have read and read and read everything I can get my hands on about lap band surgery. but it seems like I always learn more from others on this blog site. everyone is very helpful and informative.
I am nervous too. not about the surgery itself, but I dont want to screw anything up. so I feel your pain!!
