There are so many of us in the same boat. You will never be alone! This is for you and your family. My date is also the 8th and I must admit I'm getting a little scared. Not about the surgery but about being able to get all of the supplements down to stay healthy. I've been on the liquid diet for a week now (suppose to have been 2 weeks) and I just can't get all the vitamins in it seems. I had to tell myself to stop the "last meal" thing. For a week everytime I thought of something that I know I would not be able to have after surgery it become my last meal. We just have to do it! For our lives and the new clothes (lol). I have a friend that had her surgery 3 yrs ago. She is still a size 8-10 and tells me each time we talk it was the best thing she ever did for her life. Size 10-12 has to taste better than anything I put in my mouth, right? One piece of advise that she gave me. Do Not Drink Carbonated Drinks of any kind! Diet or regular. She said 2 or 3 of her friends had the surgery at the same time and re-introduce sodas to there diet. They have all gained back a minimum of 20lbs. Water is our friend. Best wishes to you. Remember your goal in those moments of weakness. We all have them. You will be just fine!

Hello.. How are you... That's my surgery date also... I know that youre so excited because iam so excited... These days are going by so quickly.... we have 4 days to go...
