My freak out point is looking like a sharpei down the road. My doctor reassured me plastic surgery can take care of that, then I was fine.
For you it's leaks. Ask your doctor his record on leaks. If it's too high for your comfort level, find someone with a lower incident rate. Ultimately, you are in control.

Many times the spouse is afraid of the changes that will come. Your relationship will change, it can't help but do so with all the changes you'll be going through. Many spouses also wonder if you'll leave when you're this hot babe. Reassure him that the two of you are in this together through thick or thin. Then remind him how much healthier you'll be and how many more things you'll be able to do because of it. Good luck and let us know how it goes. It's a big change for both of you.
