I get all the broth, jello (which I would never eat), sf popsicles, SF non-carbonated drinks I want. I have to have 4 protein shakes a day and get 1/2 cup servings of the following, five times a day:
cream of wheat, non-sweetened applesauce, sf pudding, low fat creamed soups, Danon Light & fit yogurt.
I'm on day 9. I want a cheeseburger.

great i hate i can not eat nothing but 3 oz for 3weeks that is killing me im drinking water so much im floating. i will add you as my friend ok thanks dee. i can not wait until this bandage fall off

Congrats on passing the first hurdle. My surgery is the 28th and I've also had problems this summer with feet swelling. Did they say what made yours swell? I don't have bp issues. I hope your symptoms ease soon.

Hi Marcia...I am six months post-op and I have had a few drinks! Make sure that u drink slowly because you will get drunk instantly...he, he! Before, I could feel a little buzzed and then get drunk! Now...after the surgery...I skip the buzzed part, and get drunk! So be careful! You can drink, but drink slowly because it doe**** you really hard!

I am so happy to have the surgery done ,
Right now I am having problems with my feet swelling and not getting 60oz of fliud in .
Real sore. will keep you updated need to go walk and back to bed with feet up.

After WLS will smells provoke hunger?? I have WlS comming up, but right now.. i ate breakfast a few hrs ago... and someone has some really good smelling food, and now i am STARVING... so i was just wondering if that will (hopefully) go away???

My nutritionist said that you could take the Gasx the one that dissolves on the tongue! I haven't tried it because I haven't had my surgery yet. Maybe they would work.
