Hey! I can't believe its been 6 months, the time has flown by!!!

I had RNY on July 18th, and have lost 112lbs since surgery!! Only 100lbs to go, I'm over halfway there!!!

Add biotin & zinc to your supplements. My hairloss started at 3 months too, and I still pull it off my fingers & washcloth every morning while showering.

Hey! Congrats to everyone! i had gastric bypass on 7/18 and have lost 103lbs so far. still trying to get under 200. three pounds to go. good luck!

I had RNY on 7/23 and I've only lost 45 lbs. believe me very upsettingm especially now after seeing how much everyone else lost in 6 months.

I lost 34 before surgery, so I'm down 79 lbs. but after surgery it's been pretty slow for me.

Hi, I had my surgery on 7/24. I have lost 78 lbs. since my DS. I started at 253 and now weigh 275. I am doing well. I am very glad the rest of you are doing so well too. This is my first time to post on this board, and it seems very friendly. I hope that we can check in with each other another time.

I had RNY on July 23rd and just hit 100 pound weight loss as of Saturday...yeah! Only 30 more to go.

5'9 and a size 6...I love my tool.

I am sorry I did not mean to scare you. I think you are correct because I lost another 2 pounds this week. I still cannot each much either. I am eating more than the first few months but under 1000 calories a day. I am sure we are fine, I just panicked.
