Hi Michelle, what is the HCG diet. It sounds like you've been working at it well before your surgery. Is it something I should try with only 8 day to go.

You have to do it for atleast 26-40 days then you take a 6 week break and do it again if you need to lose more do a google search for HCG pounds and inches it will tell you all about it - it is awesome if you are interested I have a coupon you could have
