pre-op testing
Hello! You may already be at your pre-op, but if not, here's what I had to doL
My surgery date is 7-14 as well and I had my pre-op on 7/1. I was there for about 4 hours. I had a chest x-ray, ultrasound, blood work, urinalysis, and then I met with a respiratory therapist (they help teach you how to breathe more effectively after surgery), and also had my first nutrition class. Finally I met with my doctor. So it was really a lot of test and information in that 4 hours.
