SURGERY DATE; 7-8-08 LETS BE FRIENDS AND CHAT TOO!

HEY YOU GUYS lets chat and talk our way to july 8th this weekend is the hardest weekend for me i'm watered out and smelling steaks and bbq and looking at other eat. but i am drinking protent drinks and i can say i ate 1/2 0z of steak and 1/2 salad and yogurt. that was my cake i have one more bbq to go to and i have to bring the 7 layer dip ( dang) but you know what I not going to eat NOTHING i promise - await my report tomorrow ok. sunday after church im going to clean my house i know i will not be able to do it when i return. oh my you want my husband to what" wash a dish" lol- laughing out loud" now monday is my clean out day . smooches ladies until tomorrow

My surgery is on July 9th. I'm excited and nervous too! I am going to start cleaning and getting ready. Thoughts and prayers.

ok im back just cking in my surgery is OVER and im doing my little walk for 5 minutes, my tummy is real sore and i hate my bed but other then that im great i weight in at 222.5 and now i weight 195.4 will ck back later
