July 18th....can't get here soon enough!!!

I'm approved and having surgery on the 18th w/ Dr. Geiss!!! Anyone else going around then?? I'm soooo nervous about the pre-op diet!! I wanna make sure I do everything right!!!

My surgery is scheduled for july 17th. I started the pre op diet today. I am a carb addict, so this is a challenge but one I am most certainly up for. I have read and read and read everything I can get my hands on about lap band surgery. but it seems like I always learn more from others on this blog site. everyone is very helpful and informative. I am nervous too. not about the surgery itself, but I dont want to screw anything up. so I feel your pain!! let me know how it goes for you..................

Congratulations! I'm scheduled for July 9. I alternate between excited to nervous. I look at pre-op as a prelude to post surgery eating. Practice make perfect? ---jan---

congrats.. i just found out that i was approved today, however my surgeon is out of town and i cant schedule till monday... what type of pre op diet did ur surgeon recomend?

I am scheduled for the 18th. I too am on my pre op diet! I am on all liquids!!! I am excitied!!! I am scared!!! I am a little of everything!!
