July 10th surgery and on medifast now

My surgery is for July 10th and im so scared. im on the medifast and i hate it, im constantly hungry, anyone have any idead on what foods i can (cheat) with to eat?

Hi, I just started using this website today and read your message. I hope you kept with the "medifast". I am currently on a protein liquid diet for 9 days. It is no fun. I am hungry and I know my husband is feeling real guilty because he is able to eat. I can't wait till its over, and I am on the other side of this. I am using a product called "HMR800". So far while on it I have lost 7 pounds and am on day 7, 2 days left then surgery!!
