I just realized I'm a picky eater

I was just looking at some ways to get extra protein & I realized I'm a picky eater. I hate milk, but I will eat yogurt. I can't stand the tase of any of the protien powders Iv'e tried so far. Help !!!!!!!! Any suggestions?

One suggestion the nut had at the meeting was to add any sugar-free flavoring you can stand. I got some extracts in the cooking aisle but I also picked up a couple sugar free syrups for coffee. And I got a great decaf coffee to brew that I can add powdered milk and/or the protein powder. Maybe those could/help. I've also heard of people making weak sugar free jello and blending it with ice for fruit slushie type drink.

Thanks for the tips. I'm sorry it has taken so long to respond, I had sugery 7/01 & a few complications but I'm much better now. I love coffee so that was the perfect answer. I also found that chewing a few Papaya Enzyme tablets before drinking protein has made digestion MUCH !! easier.
