date is coming

hi i have a date for july 1 2008 i started the diet, and it seems everything on tv or radio mentions food but by the grace of god and my family support and wanting to drop this weight i remind my self why im doing this and how good of outcome i will have .

Hi! We have the same date My doctor didn't say I had to do the liquid diet, but I have no appetite. I recently split up with my boyfriend and I can't eat a thing so I am drinking liquids by default. I hope everything goes well for you...
