I was told around 1200 at this point, I get in between 900-1200 depending on my day.

My daily calories are anywhere between 1000 and 1200 a day...but normally right around 1100. I do 35 minutes on the elliptical 4 to 5 times per week for exercise.

Hi, everyone! Just wanted to share a wow moment...I actually fit into a size 14 jeans this weekend!!!
I had mega muffin top but zipped them up without even having to lie down!!! It won't be long and I'll be fitting them good!!! Woooo Hoooo! Don't remember when I fit a 14, it's been many, many years...that's for sure!!! Have a great Wednesday, everybody!!! Jean

I drink 64 oz of water and I get 64 grams of protein.
It usually equals 1000 to 1200 calories per day.

How many calories are your eating now? How much water and protein? I'm trying to get myself out of this stall. I'm so close to onderland.

Today 241
Goal 180
Total Loss is 120.5
I had a bad stall. I figured out I was not eating enough calories. I upped my protein and water intake and I am going down .5 to 1.5 pounds a day. I am glad I figured it out.
