I have this pretty crystal coaster that I put all my vitamins on that I take at home. I take my multi and Iron before 6 am. Then at work I put the calcium out (8 pills). I take the calcium every two hours (8,10,12,2) I finish the ones at home I try and finish that before bed. It seems to help me to look at them on my counter of what I have left to take. I've been pretty good. I'll miss one here or there but most days I'm good.

I take Bariatric Advantage multi vitamin (1 morning/1 night), Citracal Creamy Bites calcium chews (1 morning/1 night), and Nature's Bounty liquid B complex sublingual (in the morning only). I have been proud of myself because in the past few months I have been especially good about taking my vitamins. For the first 6 months I would be good most of the time, but sometimes I would forget my morning dose or my evening dose. I think I have finally gotten into a routine where I don't forget.

Here's what I'm taking: GNC Women's Ultra Mega Multi-Vit; one serving size in the am and pm Citracal Calium Citrate (500mg+D); one serving size in mid-morning and mid-evening B-12 5000mcg sublingual; one serving every Friday Yes, you should be taking Citrate. Our new rearranged innards don't absorb carbonate very well. It also doesn't absorb B-12 very well, so taking a sublingual B-12 (or getting a monthly shot) helps our body absorb it like it should. I have read "Before and After" too. I haven't read it since before surgery. Maybe I should dust it off and read it again. I have a couple of WLS books, kinda thinking it wouldn't hurt to reread them all I guess. Welcome back to the board! Andi

Ah Monica, like I said to Jessica; these stalls are FRUSTRATING. But that is all they are, stalls. They will end and the lose will begin again. Don't give up! Look how much you have accomplished already? You are doing great! If you haven't done your measurements lately, whip out that measuring tape. While we are in our stalls more than likely we are still losing inches. ((HUGS)) Andi
