I had the same problem for a while, turns out in my case it was the carbs. I cut way back on the carbs - no pasta, potatoes, bread etc and campbells chicken soup was the worst- and now I don't have to yell during a conversation or turn up the radio to hear it over my stomach!

My stomach is soo noisy it is embarassing! Does anyone else have this problem? Somedays I can hear it (and so can my co-workers) gurgling all day long.

Today I put on my XL leather jacket. It didn't look so great. Made me look kind of sloppy. I took it and was able to wrap it at least six inches past the buttons. I thought I would always be about an XL girl. I guess not.
