Hi all,
I had my 9 month surgery check up today -
BP was 110/66... weight was 191. I am down 109 pounds since surgery and 117 total
He said I have lost 64% of my weight... and he said typically, by a year out people have lost 60 -70% of their weight, so I am ahead of target...
We'll see how the loss continues... I hope it will keep up at 6-8 pounds a month for a good while yet, but we shall see.
Hard to believe it's been 9 months.

If you are at a place where you are happy and healthy, I don't see why you should be a prisoner to the scale. I personally am not happy at 175 and want to see atleast 30 more lbs. gone, but I applaud you for being happy and congratulate you on your success!!!
