YES .... Oh YES. My stomach makes all kinds noises - gurgles and its very loud....I am not sure what is happening. One of my friends says that perhaps its because the majority of what I am taking in is liquids.
When you find out what is happening with us - please let me know. Meanwhile, I will mention this to Dr. Schroder my surgeon here in Richmond, VA.
Meanwhile, is anyone always COLD! I use to sweat a lot and now I stay cold. My hands and my feet ... I keep on sweats around the house. Now that I am a size 6 from a size 5x - its interesting the transitions that I am going through.
Well, stay connected - I need all the support and empathy I can get.

I am taking in 1100-1300 calories a day and I work out for at least an hour a day. My carbs usually total anywhere from 100-125 grams a day.

when i had my 9 month check up the nutrish had me do a machine (breath into it for 10 mins nothing to eat or drink for aleast 8 hurs) it told her how many calories i could eat a day. it turns out 1800 cal to maintain 156.5 lbs and if i want ot lose more weight only eat 1400.. I was very surprized by that. but I usually eat 1200 that what i have caluated..and I dont seem to lose weight fast just steady. some months i dont lose any other i do. but very happy at what i have done

Typically, I am around 1100 calories. But, my range is anywhere between 1000 and 1200. Yesterday, I had food urges and I went over the 1200 (by about 120), but that was ok because I worked out yesterday (and as such, with regular exercise I'm "allowed" more than 1200 daily, according to my NUT). Carb totals for the day for me can be anywhere between 100 and 175 g typically.

How many calories are you taking in /day average? I'm taking in 1200 but I wonder if I should be closer to 1000?

OK my weight is irritating me...arrgghhh
I have GAINED a half a pound this week... that sucks.
In the past THREE WEEKS I have only lost ONE sucky pound...arrgghhh
So I am still down a total of 155 total... I am glad for that... and I am glad how my clothes fit now and that I can get clothes almost anywhere ... so that is all good.

I think alot of us have all been there, I dont think your sabotaging your weight loss. your just trying different things to see if they agree with you. That is what I tell myself when I am trying things I know I should not. I love chips always have and this weekend I paid the price for those chips.. I gained 2lbs. I have tried other things too. I just try not to have them around me i tell my hubby to take the chips with him. the worst time of the day for me is evening. I start snacking looking around see what i can grab. I keep fruit in house, apple sause, cheese.
Dont beat yourself up just get back on track. you know what to do. I tell myself I tried it i like it dont eat it again. I am very lactose. I wish the protein drinks filled me up but they dont. I do them but i dont get full. I know i can eat more than I should so I keep track in my head about how many calories i have. I should write it down. The Nutrish told me I can have 1800 calories a day to maintain 156.5,, to lose eat 1400.

Congradulations on wonder land..great job,,
I gained 2lbs last week had a bad weekend. wasnt good at all. and didnt eat when i should waited to long and ate to much. but i have been good so far this week. Its only monday.lol doing my ab lounge walked 2 miles...
