Don't feel bad about yourself. We will all go through this type of weekend throughout the rest of our journey. They key is getting back on the horse and renew your commitment to sticking to program. That has always been my challenge in the past.
Just get back on the horse Amy. Everything else is the past and wasted energy.
Have a great week.

Topic: RE: HOLIDAY Weigh in!!!!
We had company this weekend and ate out for almost every meal for 2 days. Very bad. I was up a lb. yesterday for my weigh-in. Yesterday I got back on track, and this morning (no, I don't usually weigh two days in a row, usually only once a week) I was down just about half a lb. I'm not going to sweat it...but it disappointed me in myself.

Topic: RE: So, whose starting to think and inquire about plastic surgery??
Hey sweetie, long time no see!! I never come to this board but just flippped over here today and here you are. I'm definately looking at having plastics. I think I'm going to schedule my consult in the next few weeks. I'm planning on either Nov or Jan. I'm still 15 lbs from goal and it's moving ever so slowly but I want an honest opinion from a PS so I can start planning. Most recommend you be about 18 months post-op and have a stable weight for several months pre-plastics. I'm planning on a TT and BL with possible implants depending on how much breast tissue he thinks I have left. I have NO money so I'm just gonna borrow it from my 401K and pay myself back over the next few years. I'm probably gonna use Dr Byrne in Rockwall. He has a great reputation and I think he's pretty reasonable.
Anyway, love ya, miss ya, hopefully will see ya soon. Steph
Topic: RE: closing in on our 1 yr surgerversaries
I really thought with all the exercise I have been doing I would hit my goal of 150 lbs. by my 1 year surgerversary. As of today I am 170, and very happy with my progress down from 305, but am a little dissapointed that I won't meet my goal. Next week I have to go in to have my gall bladder removed and for 4 weeks post-op I won't be able to go to the gym, so there goes any hope of losing even 10 more lbs. before my 1 year mark. I am going to do my best to lose while not working out, but NOT gaining is going to be my major goal. My body and my eating habits have become accustomed to 60-90 minute cardio workouts daily and my caloric intake is at 1200-1300. I am going to have to drastically cut calories in order to make up for the absence of the workouts. This scares the mess out of me, and I am afraid I will not be able to do it. Any advice?!?

Nanette,
I'd do it in a heartbeat BUT money is an issue. I had to quit my job this year because I was needed at home, so much for my plastics fund! If money weren't an issue I'd do the following:
Chin
Inner thigh
Arms
Butt lift
Tummy Tuck
In that order! I want the areas that are exposed done first! I can hide my tummy not my arms! I was in tears last night over this stuff. I know it's PMS.. Cause you'd think that being in a size 6 would be enough, but this darn skin is the pitts!
Good luck to everyone,
Paula

Well, there's also the little glitch of how to pay for it, and who will take care of me and my child while I recover...because from what I gather, I will definitely need help and that's something that is very, very hard to come by.
