I'm going to be real ambitious . Why not? I would like to be 199 lbs by Christmas. That would require a 17 lbs loss per month. I know its very ambitious but it will keep me working out almost daily. Heidi

Topic: RE: pizza
Hi Lex, I make my own pizza once in a while. I use a whole wheat crust pre-made I crisp it up real well before I put anything on it then I use some sauce and 1/2 no fat cheese and 1/2 light cheese and make it well done so it's crisp and I unfortunately can eat 2 pieces small. I am having conversation with some of my friends on this site that are also having problems with eating more than anyone else or that we think we should but what the hell we just have to try a little harder in the watching what we eat and lots of exercise! Best to all...Pam

Hi Joelle, I just found this board and I'm glad I did, it's nice to see what people are doing that had surgery the same month that I did. I gave myself a goal of being 250 by my birthday which I probably won't make because it's in 12 days and I'm 12 lbs away but I made it pretty damn close. My Christmas goal is 220 that was my lowest about 6 years ago from an atkins diet I was on for 8 months. So if I do the math that's 36 lbs. Well here's to all of our goals and hoping we all make them but if we don't lets get pretty damn close LOL....Pam B.

I've set a goal for myself for the weight I hope to be by Christmas day. It would be a wonderful Christmas present if it really happened! My Christmas wish is to be 200 pounds by Christmas day ( a little over-ambitious?? 30 pounds in 3 months) What is your Christmas wish?

I can't see the loss at all when I look in the mirror or when I take the "monthly after pictures". I know I'm loosing because my clothes are falling off and the tape measure says I've lost 29 1/2 inches....but I sure can't see it. Penny

Topic: RE: what are you all eating in a days time
Breakfast during the week is 1/2 protein bar while the kids are coming in and getting settled....then 20 oz of Isopure, a chicken/lettuce wrap for lunch, the other half of the protein bar and tonight for dinner 2 oz of fish and a small dinner salad...later I'll have a bowl of blueberries with yogurt. The last couple of weeks I've averaged between 90 and 100 protein and 20 to 25 carbs. My weight loss actually picked up when I up'd the protein and calories. Last week I lost 5 lbs!!! On the weekend I use egg beaters - cottage cheese & fruit - 1/2 protein bar or some left over meat for breakfast. NO carbs is very unhealthy --- low carb, but not NO carb is necessary!! Good luck, Penny
