By the end of the year I'd like to weigh 225. I would need to lose almost 50 pounds to make my goal. Regardless of how much I weigh I want to wear a smokin' hot hoochie outfit for New Years Eve. Maybe even get a real NYE kiss at midnight, you never know...

To be 150 lbs I wonder if that can happen if so that will be 100 lbs total weight loss actually 105lbs...hmmmm we'll see

Hi Everyone, I have not posted here yet, but lurk, and you are all doing wonderful. Good Luck on your Christmas/New Years goals. For me, I would like to loose 30 lbs by Christmas, which would put me at 210. I hope I can do it, I'm a pretty slow looser!

Hi Joelle & gang: Since my weight loss is slower than most, I'm setting a goal of losing another 30 lbs by Christmas. That would put me at 212 lbs. What a wonderful Christmas gift that would be Charity

Hi Brandy: Here's a list of what I'm eating these days. Not all of them every day, of course! Unjury protien powder Soy milk Lactaid milk Light swiss cheese (one ounce at a time with crackers) Saltine crackers (just two at a time) 97% Fat free Hormel turkey chili w/beans Low or non-fat Pavel's yogurt Amy's organic split pea, lentil or veggie soups I can't tolerate meat (exept the small amount found in the turkey chili w/beans). I haven't tried any fresh or canned fruits. I also haven't tried any veggies other than what's in the soups. Have a great day! Charity
