Topic: Julyers-- how many calories do you consume daily, honestly?
Even if you don't usually count-- on a typical day, about how many calories would you say you are taking in?
Do you get all your protein as well?
How many carbs?
Inquiring mind!
(I eat about 650--- usually 80g protein, 10 g fat, 60ish carbs)

Topic: RE: Monday Weigh-in!!!
Maybe we could change the weekly 'Monday Weigh-In' post to 'Weekly Weigh-in'??
Just a thought. Some of us might not weigh on Monday. I know that I weigh on Wednesday, because I had my surgery on a Wednesday and I want to know what I weigh on that day.
Anyway, just a thought!!
Ok...now for my stats!
Highest Weight: 278
Surgery Date: 243
Today (12 weeks post-op): 189
Total lost since surgery: 54 pounds
Total lost: 89 pounds
Wow!! That is awesome! It's so hard to believe that I am now in the 180's!!! It has been YEARS since I've seen that!!
Have a great week everyone!!!

Thanks, Amanda! I cut and pasted and your list is going on my fridge. I have had trouble getting my protein in and this list gives me so many alternatives. I really appreciate that you posted this. Jean

I've hit a stopping point I haven't lost weight in over a week.
I should be ashamed of myself because I haven't really been exercising at all
I think I'll go buy exercise equipment tomorrow.
