ok....there was a little loss this week Pre-Liquid 245 DOS 236 Today 196 Grand total of 49 lbs....still seems a little slow...and I am a little down about it anyway, a co-worker (who by the way is a little bitty marathon runner type) said she knew I had lost some weight but...and then she stopped and said she would like to see some before pics...so needless to day that was discouraging, she didn't mean it to be hurtful, she has been very supportive through all of this...but the comment was dishearting. pre op weight? I guess it should be highest weight but I really think I went a tad bit higher than that. I'll use a better term next time. Heidi
